Stress management coaching is a structured, collaborative process that helps people understand how stress is operating in their lives and decide how they want to respond to it—intentionally, sustainably, and with greater clarity.
It is not therapy.
It is not counseling.
It is not medical or mental health treatment.
I do not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions. I also do not attempt to “fix” people or remove stress from life. Stress is a normal biological process. The issue is not stress itself, but how one responds to it and how long it has been carrying the load alone.
