I spent decades working in medically complex, high-stress environments, supporting individuals and families navigating situations most people never encounter. That experience gradually evolved into focused work in stress management coaching. My work centers on helping people understand how persistent stress shapes perception, behavior, and decision-making — and how to respond with clarity rather than reaction. The approach is practical, structured, and grounded in lived experience.

Mind Body Bridge

Mind Body Bridge was created to support people carrying complex, ongoing stress — caregivers, professionals, and individuals stretched thin by responsibility. The focus is not quick relief or surface strategies, but understanding how stress operates, how to work with it effectively, and how to make meaningful and lasting change.
