How I Help People Decide

Consultation and Assessment as Tools for Informed Choice

There is no assumption that coaching is the right answer for everyone.

My role is not to persuade.
My role is to help you decide—clearly, calmly, and without pressure.

When we talk, we focus on:

  • What you’ve been dealing with
  • What you’ve already tried
  • What feels sustainable (and what doesn’t)
  • What kind of support would actually help

The conversation itself does most of the work.
It allows patterns to surface, priorities to clarify, and options to become visible.

A stress assessment may be used as a supportive tool. It is an inventory of how stress is showing up and its impact on your life. Many people find it useful for reflection and goal setting. Others find they don’t need it.

Both the consultation and the assessment are used together to support informed choice.

Some people want to know who this work tends to help most before deciding.
Others want to understand what happens next if they move forward.

Both are addressed here:

→ “If You’re Considering Coaching
