Transparency matters. Here’s what you should know about how I work:
- Disclaimer: Stress Management Coaching is not a medical or psychological service. If you need clinical treatment, I encourage you to seek a licensed professional.
- Terms: I work with adults who are responsible for their own decisions. I will not pressure you into a decision you feel is not in your best interest.
- Guarantee: Personal coaching sessions are guaranteed for the first four coaching sessions or 30 days, whichever comes first. If dissatisfied with the process, simply let me know.
- Confidentiality: Your information is private. Only information for servicing and communication is collected. What you share in coaching stays between us.
